First time requesting a Global Color Translation?

Global Color Translation Request (GCR) is a way to translate an existing grade-color from one pole to another. 

For example, if you currently order a specific grade-color in the US, but you need it to be made available for manufacturing in China, this is the process you would use.

We will review your request and send a confirmation e-mail when the request has been accepted.  From there, we will work to get the grade-color set-up in the new pole. This process typically takes one to two weeks.

You will not receive new color chips as part of the translation process.  The original standards will be used at the new location for manufacturing control.

Please note that this assumes that the grade is already available in the new pole.

You will be asked for the following information:

• Product, grade-color you need to translate
• Pole/location in which you need it made available
• Molder, Molder’s Location, and OEM/End User
